Fees
You’ll be entitled to a gross 8% fee on booked & confirmed overnight stay services only. Such fee to be calculated after tax.
Such fee will be paid to you against invoice made out to Carola srl Piazza Missori 1 20123 Milano P.Iva 02892380151.

Minimum number of participants requested
A minimum number of participants to join the catering services is requested for any event. Hotel Dei Cavalieri will undertake to provide its services to max 5% above the confirmed minimum number of participants. Catering prices will be calculated based on such minimum number. The information about the minimum number of participants should be provided to Hotel Dei Cavalieri by noon (12.00) on the Thursday of the week before the meeting date.

Children Policy
Take your children with you! Children are most welcome at Hotel Dei Cavalieri. Though a Business Hotel, nevertheless we are happy to welcome children under the age of 12 sharing their parents’ room or bed at no extra cost, on condition that the booked room is fit. Alternatively, a family with two adults and 2 children needing 2 separate rooms (no quadruple rooms are available at Hotel Dei Cavalieri) will pay the price of two single rooms only. Single parents travelling with 2 children will be rewarded as they will only pay the price of a single room instead of a triple room.

Pets
We regret that pets are not admitted to Hotel Dei Cavalieri.

Check-In & Check-Out Time
Check-in time from 2PM. Early check-in is subject to availability of the room, unless the room was booked from the previous night. Check-out time by noon (12AM). A late check-out supplement will be charged. In case of check-out after 6PM, an extra night at rack rate will be charged for the room in use.

Down Payment & Credit Card Guarantee
A down payment is requested upon booking. Alternatively, we can charge on your credit card. In this case, you should provide your credit card details (number & date of expiry).

Breakfast
Breakfast is complimentary to all Hotel guests and - if not taken – it cannot be deducted from the bill.

Booking Confirmation or Amendment
Online confirmed reservations are guaranteed against a valid credit card. We’ll charge €9 on your credit card for email or fax requests of reconfirmation/amendment/cancellation of reservations made through our website or other booking engines.
A confirmation number will be provided for reservations made by phone. As a rule, no fax or email confirmation will be sent. If so, we’ll charge €9 for each fax/email confirmation. A cancellation number will be provided for cancellations made by phone. If this number is not disclosed, then the cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Luggage & Incoming Parcels

We’ll take care of your luggage until your room becomes available on the date of arrival or should you leave the Hotel long after 12AM. We’ll take care of your luggage free of charge on the arrival and departure day.

The address should include a reference to the event (title of seminar/workshop etc., date of arrival) and the name of the person who will collect the parcel at the Hotel. Parcels to be DELIVERED FREE. Should payment be requested upon collection, then – if not informed in advance - we’ll reserve the right to reject the parcel or return it to sender. If informed in advance, we’ll take care of parcels until the arrival of the addressee for three days prior to the event. Should items/documents be delivered from the Hotel after the event, then the concerned persons shall pack and deliver the items at their own charge. We’ll be entitled to destroy all unpicked items/documents within 7 days after the event.
